## How We Hire

2. **First Call.** Inside one week for the applications that fit. A 30-minute call to understand what you want to ship and where you would want to start.
3. **Real Work.** A paid practical project that mirrors the actual work, scoped to a few hours. We pay for your time and we explain how the project relates to live engagements.
4. **Decision.** Inside one week of the project. Offer or a direct no with feedback. Either way you keep the work product, the explanation, and the candid read.
